At age 17, Gordon pursued Weight Training long before it became popular. Yes, for fifty-nine years(59), he has vigorously trained without interruption. Personal Training became part of his life in the mid-fifties.
Now at age 76, he still finds weight training exciting and dynamic. Over these many years, he has trained men and women alike. And never, to his knowledge, has a trainee been dissatisfied with their progress.
